Michael Jackson's will has reportedly surfaced, and the details are reportedly include who he wanted to get custody of his three children.

Michael Jackson's will has been found, and he supposed wants his mother to take care of his three children.
According to the Associated Press, the King of Pop declared his mother, Katherine, should get custody of his three children - Prince Michael, 12; Paris Michael Katerine, 11; and Prince Michael II (a.k.a., Blanket), 7 - and orders that his assets be placed in trust, a source told the news wire service.
The will, drafted in July 2002, names as executors Jackson's longtime lawyer John Branca (who was reportedly in possession of the document) and music executive John McClain.
Earlier, The Wall Street Journal reported that Jackson cut his father, Joe, out of the will and divided his estate among his mother, children and charity.
The will is among several documents to see the light of day Tuesday about the musician, whose shocking death last week left millions in mourning worldwide.
Financial documents show he had a staggering $331 million in debt, but listed $567.6 million in assets, including Neverland, his share of the music catalogue that includes Beatles song rights, and an assortment of cars, antiques and memorabilia.
The five-page financial report says Jackson, known for his extravagant shopping sprees and lawsuits that called him a deadbeat, had just $668,215 in cash.
TMZ.com reports the will is to be filed with the court on Wednesday.
